Six Categories of Essential Fittings
90-degree inside and outside corner connectors for all panel-to-panel right-angle junctions. Internally radiused to prevent particle trap build-up and facilitate cleaning. Available for all standard panel thicknesses.
H-section aluminium extrusions for joining panels end-to-end in straight runs. The dual-channel design accepts panel edges on both sides, compressing the integrated gasket for a sealed, flush joint with no exposed fixings.
U-shaped trim profiles for panel perimeters at wall-to-floor, wall-to-ceiling, and opening surrounds. Provides a clean, finished edge that secures the panel and maintains seal continuity at all transition points.
Concave radius skirting profile at the floor-wall junction — eliminating the sharp right-angle that would otherwise create an unclenable contamination trap. Radius options from 25mm to 75mm. Essential for ISO Class 5 and GMP Grade A/B environments.
Specialist silicone and hybrid polymer sealants formulated for cleanroom environments. Non-curing and permanently flexible variants available. All compounds are low-VOC, non-particle-generating, and compatible with isopropyl alcohol wiping procedures.
Snap-fit and adhesive-backed cover caps for fixings, fastener heads, and profile ends. Flush profile maintains cleanroom surface continuity and prevents corrosion at cut edges. Available in standard white and custom RAL colours.
