Specialised cleanroom doors with hermetic and semi-hermetic perimeter seals, smooth-action stainless steel hardware, and flush integration into the CityPoint wall panel system. Every door is engineered to maintain the pressure differential across the cleanroom boundary during both open and closed cycles.
Our window systems feature sealed multi-pane glazing set into precision aluminium frames that align flush with the wall panel surface — eliminating all crevices and horizontal ledges that would otherwise accumulate particles and resist cleaning. Vision panels can be supplied as fixed lights or openable units as required by the application.
All door and window systems are available in sizes to suit ISO Class 5 through Class 8 environments and are compatible with access control, interlock, and automatic opening systems for high-traffic cleanroom applications.

Four Door Types for Every Access Need
Door type selection depends on traffic flow, pressure differential requirements, and available wall space. Our engineers will specify the correct solution.
Single-leaf hinged door for standard cleanroom access points where wall space allows a full swing clearance. The fully floating perimeter seal compresses uniformly across all four edges when closed, ensuring consistent hermetic performance. Available in inward and outward swing configurations based on pressure differential direction. Supplied with heavy-duty stainless steel continuous hinge and self-closing mechanism.
Side-sliding cleanroom door on precision overhead track — the preferred solution for high-traffic areas, restricted wall space, and passages requiring fast, one-handed operation. Semi-hermetic perimeter seal maintains pressure differential without the sweep clearance required by hinged variants. Manual or motorised actuation available. Compatible with interlock systems for airlock applications.
Two-leaf hinged double door for oversized equipment entry, pallet access, and primary material transfer routes requiring a wide clear opening. Each leaf operates independently or both leaves can be opened simultaneously. Meeting stile sealing prevents pressure leakage between leaves. Available with security interlock preventing both leaves opening simultaneously in critical applications.
Maximum-performance hermetically-sealed door for Grade A/B pharmaceutical environments and ISO Class 5 or above cleanrooms where absolute pressure differential maintenance is required. Triple-seal perimeter system with compression-on-close mechanism activated by the door handle. Zero air infiltration even under significant differential pressure. Glazed vision panel available as an option.
Vision & Monitoring Window Systems
All window systems are sealed and flush-mounted into the wall panel — no protruding frames, no horizontal ledges, no contamination traps.
Fixed sealed single or multi-pane glazing flush-mounted into the wall panel. Available in clear, tinted, and safety glass variants. The aluminium frame sits flush with both faces of the wall panel — no recesses, no exposed edges, full IPA wipedown compatibility.
Openable sealed window for document and small sample transfer between zones without personnel crossing the boundary. Compression seal on close. Available with interlock preventing simultaneous opening on both sides for critical differential pressure maintenance.
Extended-width glazed observation panels for supervisory visibility, equipment monitoring, and training observation from outside the cleanroom. Multi-pane sealed unit in a rigid aluminium frame spanning two or more wall panel modules. Toughened or laminated safety glass.
