Clean Air Delivery
A precision T-bar ceiling grid system forming the structural foundation for HEPA and ULPA filter installation, FFU (Fan Filter Unit) mounting, LED lighting panels, and air distribution ductwork. Every profile is precision-extruded from aluminium alloy for superior flatness and rigidity.
The modular grid is fully compatible with standard 610×610mm HEPA filter cassettes and supports FFU fan filter units for recirculating cleanroom applications. The fully adjustable suspension system enables precise ceiling height setting and easy levelling during installation.
Anti-vibration mounting hardware and rigid grid connections prevent unwanted movement that could compromise HEPA filter seals — a critical consideration for ISO Class 5 and above environments.
