Aluminium
Profile System
High-strength extruded aluminium structural profiles for modular cleanroom construction — the rigid, lightweight backbone of every CityPoint cleanroom assembly.
The Structural
Backbone of Cleanrooms
T-slot and C-slot aluminium extrusions forming the structural backbone of cleanroom assemblies. These precision-extruded profiles are the primary building blocks for all frame structures, support frameworks, and secondary mounting systems within a CityPoint cleanroom installation.
Lightweight yet exceptionally rigid, our aluminium profiles are available in multiple cross-section sizes from 30×30mm to 80×80mm, covering every structural application from lightweight equipment brackets to full load-bearing partition frames. The T-slot design enables tool-free reconfiguration — components slot directly into the groove without drilling or welding.
All profiles are available in anodised natural or powder-coat white finish, maintaining cleanroom-compliant surface quality whilst providing corrosion protection for the life of the installation.

Sizes for Every Application
Lightweight framing for secondary fixtures, garment racks, signage mounts, and non-structural enclosures. Minimal footprint ideal for space-constrained areas.
Versatile mid-range profile suitable for equipment mounting frames, workstation construction, and light partition support structures throughout the cleanroom.
Standard structural profile for door frames, partition support columns, and ceiling suspension secondary frameworks. High rigidity-to-weight ratio.
Heavy-duty profile for primary structural frames, full-height partition columns, and raised floor support frameworks requiring high load capacity.
Maximum-section profile for high-load structural applications, large equipment support frames, and any application demanding maximum rigidity and bearing capacity.

Where Profiles Are Used
Primary structural frames for cleanroom enclosures, internal partitions, and suspended ceilings. T-slot profiles bolt together without welding for rapid construction and future modification.
Support brackets and mounting frames for HVAC equipment, process tools, monitoring instruments, and utility services running within the cleanroom envelope.
Vertical column and horizontal rail frameworks supporting cleanroom wall panels at perimeter and internal partition locations, maintaining panel alignment and structural integrity.
Precise door frame assemblies providing the rigid mounting substrate required for hermetic and semi-hermetic cleanroom door and window systems.
Custom cleanroom workstations, benches, and trolleys built from aluminium profiles — easily adjustable to exact ergonomic and operational requirements.
Secondary support grids and drop-down frameworks providing intermediate suspension points for ceiling grid systems in large span cleanroom installations.
