Overview
Passbox
Passbox is designed to minimize traffic and contamination entry into the clean room. It is mainly used to transfer parts, tools and other work items in small sizes between higher class to lower class cleanroom in order to reduce the door opening times in the cleanroom. Passbox also acts as an air lock device that preventing ambient air from entering or clean air exiting from the cleanroom.
