The Brief
GMP-Compliant Production Suite — Shah Alam, Selangor
The client needed to add a GMP oral solid dosage line inside an operating facility without interrupting existing production. CityPoint delivered a fully modular ISO Class 7 envelope — wall panels, ceiling grid, hermetic doors and pass-through boxes — fabricated off-site and installed in phased night works.
Airflow was designed for 25 air changes per hour with pressure cascades across the gowning, staging and compression rooms. Every panel joint was coved and sealed for washdown, and the completed suite was handed over with full IQ/OQ validation documentation ready for regulatory audit.
