The Brief
Hygienic Packaging Hall — Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
High-care packaging lines needed an enclosure that survives twice-daily caustic washdown while holding a positive pressure against the surrounding warehouse. CityPoint specified stainless-skinned panels with fully welded, coved floor junctions and hygienic door hardware on every opening.
The air handling package delivers filtered make-up air at a measured overpressure so that dust from the raw goods aisle can never migrate into the hall. Drainage falls were coordinated with the panel setting-out before fabrication, which kept the installation programme to twenty weeks.
