The Brief
Precision Coating Line — Ipoh, Perak
Optical coating tolerances collapse if relative humidity drifts, so the enclosure was built around a tight 45% RH ±5 set point rather than particle count alone. CityPoint delivered an insulated ISO Class 7 envelope with a dedicated dehumidification loop and continuous monitoring at three points along the line.
Equipment openings, conveyor penetrations and the operator airlock are all interlocked so the enclosure cannot be broken open mid-cycle. Commissioning ran alongside the client's own equipment installation to compress the overall programme to twelve weeks.
